Even though readers have been introduced to both Avery and Hunter before I now understand so much more about them. Selena’s character development of Avery and Hunter kept me reading when I should have been studying for finals. I connected with Avery in such a way that I thought she was a friend and I was almost in tears when I finished reading.”
